WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Proven experience in BI programming or similar roles;
Proficiency in BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or other platforms);
Strong knowledge of SQL (at least 1 year of experience using SQL Server);
Experience with data quality management and troubleshooting;
Analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving approach;
Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes thoroughly;
Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with users;
Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written);
General programming experience is a big plus (Python, C#, Java, JavaScrip, Ruby);
Previous experience working with Navision or Business Central data would be a plus.

Collaborate with analysts and the Product Owner to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions;
Design, develop, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making across the group;
Write and maintain SQL queries to access, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources;
Perform testing of BI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, or user queries;
Assist end-users by providing training and support on how to use BI tools and reports effectively;
Collaborate with the BI team and other departments to implement improvements and ensure BI solutions meet business needs;
Maintain proper documentation for BI solutions, including technical specifications and user guides;
Support the continuous improvement of BI solutions and identify opportunities to enhance system functionality.

The offered salary range for this position is 2800 - 4200 EUR (gross) per month. The final offer is negotiable based on competencies and experience.
