Proven leadership experience in process automation and digital transformation at a senior level.
Strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, specifically PowerApps and Power Automate, as well as integration with SharePoint, SQL, and Azure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills to support team development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with business stakeholders to thoroughly analyse, understand, and map out existing business processes.
Act as the end-to-end owner of our process automation solutions, from ideation through deployment and maintenance.
Translate business requirements into high level technical specifications, aligning proposed automation solutions with overall business objectives.
Develop and drive the strategic vision for process automation aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects based on business value and feasibility.
Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and scalability.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions primarily using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other relevant tools.
Ensure robust documentation, testing, and user support for all solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Provide technical and strategic guidance to the team, ensuring best practices in software development and solution architecture.
Encourage continuous learning and upskilling in Power Platform and emerging automation technologies.
Partner with business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet user requirements and align with technical standards.
Present solution roadmaps, progress updates, and outcomes to executive stakeholders and business teams.
Promote adoption and awareness of process automation across the organization.
Stay updated on Power Platform advancements and trends, incorporating best practices into the automation strategy.
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of automation initiatives and implement enhancements as needed.
