The turnover of TMV CAPITAL Group was EUR 220 million in 2022. The group of companies, having expanded its team up to 700 employees, specialises in investment, wood processing, logistics and digital business solutions.
The turnover of the wood processing company JUODELIAI, controlled by TMV CAPITAL, increased by nearly 50 % in 2022.
ŽAIBO RATAI, one of the largest timber hauling companies in Lithuania, which is part of the group, after acquiring new trucks, expanded its transport fleet up to 69 timber trucks.
In order to optimise the business processes of JUODELIAI, the company JTIMBER was founded at the end of 2022, with the purpose of providing services of sale and purchase of raw material and sale of by-products. The newly established company provides these services in Lithuania and strategic export markets. In addition, new activities will also be developed, including standing timber management, implementation of forest acquisition projects and expansion of round wood import from other markets.
Establishing a new company and separating the activities of the companies which are already operating successfully will allow to continue carrying out highest added value generating activities, thus ensuring maximum effectiveness in 2023.
