The national development institution ILTE UAB has granted a €24 million loan to JPACKAGING, a member of the TMV CAPITAL group. This modern plant, which will manufacture wooden pallets and pallet collars, is planned to be located in the Šeduva Industrial Park.
The total area of the planned building will cover nearly 11,000 square meters, with more than 9,700 square meters expected to be allocated for production. The plant is set to serve the Baltic and Scandinavian markets.
The new investment by TMV CAPITAL group was driven by the potential for synergies with other companies within the group, particularly with the group’s largest company, JUODELIAI, which develops the business of wooden pallet blanks. The company’s extensive customer base and network allow JPACKAGING to offer not only pallet blanks but also pallet collars to JUODELIAI’s customers.
The new plant is projected to create up to 150 new jobs, enhancing the group’s competitiveness and contributing to the economic development of the region. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
